It's 12 of 12 time again! Here's our day....

Home
8:30 a.m.
Saturday morning is my favorite time to catch up on reading. This is one of about five books I'm into at the moment.

9:00 a.m.
Saturday is treat day for the cats. I’m not sure how they know what day it is, but on Saturday mornings they start up with a little serenade until we come through with the goods. Mungo and Sophie race to see who finishes first.

9:15 a.m.
We went to opening night of our Fresno Grizzlies’ baseball season last night. Everyone got one of these signs to flash at upcoming Friday night games.

Our seat numbers also won in one of the freebie giveaways – free pizza for a year! This will present a challenge to the fitness program, but hey - we never win anything, so we're psyched! Maybe some party planning is in order....

10:00 a.m.
Guess we’ve put this off long enough.

Jack’s Car Wash
11:30 a.m.
The soap they use here is so 1960s!

11:45 a.m.
We haven’t bought one of these in ages. Based on last night’s good luck, we thought it might be fun, LOL.

Flamenco Tapas Restaurant
12:30 p.m.
We had lunch at this new tapas restaurant today. It’s beautiful inside!

Riverpark Center
2:30 p.m.
We walked around here for awhile after lunch and stopped in at Borders. These gorgeous planters are all over the complex.

Home
3:30 p.m.
We're in the mood for one of our favorite movies, " Bubble Boy".

Isis likes movie time, too.

Sugar Pine Trail (near our house)
5:30 p.m.
Me and Dave out for an early evening walk

Gosh Saydie is getting so big!!

And yay for winning free pizza for a year. Since I work in a pizza place, I don't know if I would like that so much.

My dad and a bunch of co-workers play the lottery, especially when the Power Ball jackpot is over $100 million. When I was younger I loved to fill in the squares on the lotto sheets while trying to make a picture. My mom took one of the ones I had doodled on and acutally played it. The darn thing nearly won $25,000.

Wow, free pizza for a year? Lucky you guys! An internet friend of mine and his housemate once won a year's supply of beer - my friend is tee total and his housemate couldn't drink that much. It was Oranjeboom, a Dutch beer.

Looks like you had a fun day though, and I know the book juggling feeling!

(I'm slow with commenting as I got home late on the 14th which is why my 12 of 12 was late too)
